John C. Senall

Principal & Founder, Digital Healthcom Group

Prior to founding Digital Healthcom Group, John worked as a communications director and marketing manager for over two decades—leading strategy and teams for the University at Buffalo (New York State’s largest public research university) and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. During his Roswell Park tenure, his work helped to raise over $200 million for cancer research, treatment and capital programs.

He began his career as the director of public relations and fund development for community health programs serving drug- and alcohol-addicted individuals, the severely mentally ill, and persons with developmental disabilities. John also worked previously as an advertising copywriter for Sinclair Broadcast Group and Eric Mower & Associates.

Kerry Jones Waring

Project and Content Direction, Social Media/Video Strategy

Before working with Digital Healthcom Group, Kerry served as the Marketing Communications Manager for the New York State Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Life Sciences, where she developed and implemented marketing, communications, web and digital strategies and tactics for the Center and its programs.

She previously served as the Senior Communications Coordinator for the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, working with clinical and research staff, philanthropic leaders and volunteers on behalf of Roswell Park Cancer Institute; at the Metropolitan Jewish Health System in Brooklyn, NY; and at Kaleida Health.

Chris Pempsell

Web and Mobile Development, User Experience, Strategy

Christopher Pempsell is a software architect and senior consulting collaborator of Digital Healthcom Group through his business, Pempsell Design. His experience includes work with start-ups, non-profits, enterprises and several fortune 500 companies.

Chris’s recent client list includes Capital BlueCross, HSBC, State of New York, State of New Hampshire, South Portland Maine, Comcast, Post Acute Medical and Geneia Healthcare. Chris brings value to his work through deep industry knowledge in a wide range of enterprise level platforms, solutions and business process automations.

 

Blake Miller

Web & Mobile Development, User Experience

Blake brings 15 years of experience building web, mobile and gaming applications for both small and large companies. He previously worked as a senior software developer for Teladoc, America's first and largest telehealth provider, as an analyst/developer for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and enilon, and as a developer for WellMatch—a healthcare price transparency tool helping employees manage their health care budgets and providers.

Blake has a variety of experience in building niche-based social sites, online assessment tools, mobile games, and portals. He is passionate about technology and is also an accomplished musician and composer.

Nils Erik Hendrick

Web Architect, Drupal Expert, and Healthcare Analyst

Erik is a Web strategist, Drupal developer and former financial analyst for companies including Bayer, HP and EDS.

At Bayer, Erik developed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and asset divestiture for four major drugs with multi-billion dollar sales. He previously worked in Silicon Valley during the late 90s as a financial analyst for EDS, a $20 billion IT enterprise services outsourcing company; and for HP Enterprise Services, creating outsourcing deals and architecting financial analysis tools to help manage more than 150 multi-million-dollar accounts. 

Erik's experience in the business needs of digital solutions and his keen attention to detail make Erik a valued member of the Digital Healthcom Group team.

 

Mark Hare

Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing and Google Specialist

Mark is a Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) and content marketing expert. He is our resident Canadian (a couple blocks north of us in Toronto) and focuses his work for MFM on social and key phrase rank strategies, outcome measurement and analytics.

Mark has more than a decade of experience and held previous positions with Advoca Interactive and 9th Sphere, both in Toronto, Canada. He has completed more than 450 website and optimization projects thus far.

He also has a background as a writer, and studied English, Film, Playwriting and Screenwriting prior to his immersion into the Web and SEO/SEM worlds.

Jay Mpelezos

Animation, Design, Video Post Production and 3D Modeling

Jay is a highly skilled 3D and 2D animator and a 2009 graduate of Full Sail University, located in Winterpark, Florida—considered one of the top universities in America in the animation, gaming and entertainment fields.

While at Full Sail, Jay received his bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects. He was salutatorian of his class and the winner of the Course Director's Award in 2D animation and creative writing.

He recently worked as a post production and compositing specialist on the feature film, Let Them Have Their Way.

Matt Nardone

Videography, Commercial and Post Production

Matt is an accomplished filmmaker and videographer, and the CEO/Founder of NDstudios, founded in 2006, a collaborative partner of Digital Healthcom Group.

He has personally worked on dozens of television and film productions including The Amazing Spiderman 2 and was the cinematographer for the recent motion picture, Through a Mother's Eye.

Matt received his formal training at both the University at Buffalo and the School of Visual Arts in NYC. He holds an MAH in Film and Performance.
